How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners are announced on our platform after each draw. If you win, you’ll also receive a notification on your user page and/or email with instructions on how to claim your prize
How do I claim my prize?
To claim your prize, simply follow the instructions in your winner notification. For first time winners, you'll be required to complete the KYC on the platform, input your bank details, and claim your prize. If it is a physical prize, then a valid address will be requested to complete the prize claim.
How long does it take to receive my prize money?
Once your details are confirmed and KYC is completed, cash prizes are typically processed within 1-48 hours. Physical prizes might take longer depending on the nature of the prize, and logistics. In rare cases of bank delays, it may take slightly longer.
Is there a deadline to claim my prize?
Yes. Winners must claim their cash prizes within 7 working days. If a prize is not claimed within that timeframe, it may be forfeited in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Are draws really random?
Yes. All draws on Chance are conducted using a random selection system to ensure fairness and transparency. Every valid ticket has a chance to win.
